Tell me more about outfit photos…

The goal of Outfit Photos is to empower a client to wake up, quickly glance at a photo of her clothing and accessories on her phone or tablet, and choose her outfit for the day. Each client receives a password protected webpage that include her outfit photos so that she can access them day or night. Outfit photos include a client’s new and existing pieces- from clothing to accessories. The images below are pieces that Poplin client Isa now owns. Starting in February, 2023, we upped our outfit game and started photographing individual pieces, rather than one photo of multiple pieces. So, you’ll see a different approach for previous clients. Every item in an image works with every other item in that photo, making it easy to pack for trips or maximize every piece.

For clients in the Seattle area, we will take the photographs, edit them and make outfits. For folks out of Seattle, the client takes the photos and we do the rest. So YES you still have access to high quality, accessible outfits.

Sometimes it’s hard to identify an item when it hangs on a hanger. In Isa’s case, that means that her halter dress and two jumpsuits didn’t photograph well. Instead, we included product photos (including models) from her original Uber Wishlist to make it easier for her to identify the items.

Sample Client Outfits

Client: Isa

Style: Bold, Powerful, Sexy

Body type: Petite Short Waisted Hourglass

Career: Works in tech from her home office

Lifestyle: Isa moved to Seattle from the Bay Area during COVID. Between working from home and precautions for early COVID, her wardrobe no longer reflected her authentic self.

Approach: Isa had a vision in mind including specific colors but was struggling to find pieces and put it all together. After the consultation and a look at her Pinterest Boards, it was clear where she was going. My job was to get her there with a collection that was intentional and cohesive. It was also time to elevate her loungewear and undergarments. The Amplified 360 Package addressed all of her concerns. With a curvy petite hourglass figure, it was evident that tailoring would be an essential component to our work together. Isa is committed to empowering the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, so her final profile included brands and makers that align with her values, helping her shop with intention moving forward.
