Approach: Isa had a vision in mind including specific colors but was struggling to find pieces and put it all together. After the consultation and a look at her Pinterest Boards, it was clear where she was going. My job was to get her there with a collection that was intentional and cohesive. It was also time to elevate her loungewear and undergarments. The Absolute 360 Package addressed all of her concerns. With a curvy petite hourglass figure, it was evident that tailoring would be an essential component to our work together. Isa is committed to empowering the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, so her final profile included brands and makers that align with her values, helping her shop with intention moving forward.

How about I spend my entire life shopping for you?! What could be more fun? It’s time for loungewear and intimates to round out your glorious new collection. In keeping with your culture, we’re sticking with light neutrals to bring calm and rejuvenation to your time at home. We’re also making sure things feel functional and sexy. After all, these are exciting times and we want to start things off with a bang. And, of course, whenever possible we’re leaning into your values. Off we go!

First up, a sexy silk robe is an essential for you. I vote for a long one because I envision you wearing this with shorts, body suits and other options that may not be as warm, depending on the day. Also, you can toss it on over something super sexy when your step daughter is at home. Mulberry silk feels amazing and is washable. This is another stellar choice for bridal:)

Sheer unlined bras speak to you and this one is all the things. Now that your bra size is 32H, the bra world is acknowledging that you have a larger bust and a smaller rib cage. This info should ensure your bras fit better, are more comfortable and more flattering. Most brands top out at E or F, so it will take a little more effort to find your favorite brands. With this in mind, I’m including a number of brands on this list. I vote you try them out to find some new favs, rather than feeling stuck with the selection from one brand. Cuup is a great place to start and the source of this beauty.

Sexy and warm slippers for the win! Finish off this look with this fuzzy pair. Anthropologie does slippers right, so it’s a great resource for you now and in the future. I am a fan of this pair from sustainable Australian brand EMU. Oprah chose an EMU pair of slippers for one of her favorite things years ago, so that’s another great sign.

I’m ELATED to get you on the Negative train. This brand is everything. New York Magazine named this brand as having the, “most comfortable lingerie” and I’ve been a fan ever since. I also love the sheer fabric and the “whipped” collection is especially soft. I vote you buy several pieces and mix and match depending on the situation. These are stellar for layering to keep you warmer or to wear solo and sexy for sleep, lounge, you name it.

We discussed some pieces that give a nod to your LGBTQ+ world and boy briefs feel ideal. I’m loving the idea of pairing a masculine inspired brief with the sheer tank.

And while we’re here, how about some warmer layering pieces. Wear these solo, with the silk robe or layered under your clothes when you are feeling chilly.

You run cold, so having some super cozy robes and/or sweaters to toss over more revealing pieces is essential. This sustainable, super soft and warm wool robe is the answer. (Really, it’s soft, not itchy.) It’s an investment, so there are other options, as well. But, I can’t help but include this piece that is sure to please in the coldest evenings.

Bodysuits are just right for you. They are flattering, functional and sexy. Plus, they show your shape and your self confidence. I love them for heading out into the world, but especially as staples of your loungewear. This silk option from Negative gives you the freedom to make the neck as low or as high as you’d like and I’m a big fan of pairing it with the sweater above and the leg warmers below.

I know! Right?! Genius, sexy, super easy to toss on, these are all the things.

A full body suit/ catsuit is warmer and still super sexy and functional. I love this one with the built in support to show off your hourglass shape. Skimms knows bodysuits.

It’s true! This is black. That’s because I expect you’ll be wearing it out into the world and/or layering it for lingerie. I’m a super fan and the lace up back means that you’ll have control over the fit. Try this over a collared shirt or solo. I expect it to be a favorite.

If you are only going for a few bras, I vote for sticking with nude and black. This way your sets will always coordinate. You’ve already got underwear that you adore, so I’ve limited those to pieces that are useful for loungewear. For bras, here are two strong contenders. Again, I vote for experimenting with all the brands to find some new choices you’ll love now and into the future. This is why we have several options from Nordstrom, making returns easy. All of the bras are full coverage, per your request. First, Wacoal is always a solid go-to. I also discovered Curvy Coutoure, a black owned brand with high ratings. Because this aligns with your values, I vote we try it. I also really love the sheer finish on this option.

Your Pinterest Board included sheer nightgowns/ loungewear dresses and I couldn’t agree more. This shorter version in the same glorious whipped fabric is sure to get lots of action in your closet. It can also be layered under a dress and used as a slip.

Fast Company named this one of the best bathrobes of 2021 and thanks to Everlane’s structure, the price is right. A reasonably priced cashmere option that will look stunning layered over all the sexy, fitted pieces. It’s a yes!

Another Wacoal option from Nordstrom, this bra is supportive and super functional as it is convertible. And, I wouldn’t forgive myself if I made this entire list without including something from the Girlfriend Collective. Every piece feels extraordinary, holds up for eternity, is sustainable AND can be recycled with the company when you are done. Once you put it on, it’s hard to convince yourself to take it off.

Aritzia’s sculpting fabric is one of my favs when it comes to bra tops and crop tops. It won’t stretch out, provides support and is well made. Plus the color options are seemingly endless. I vote for something sexy and sleeveless and then another option with longer sleeves to keep you cozy.

Cashmere joggers that coordinate with your cardigan robe? Yes, please. And thanks to Quince, the price is right, too.

I feel like this will speak to you. First, the look is all the things. Sexy, confident, functional and cozy. Even better, this fabric “boosts your body’s recovery process” and is sustainable. I have a feeling you’ll fall in love with this duo.

More bras! Let’s face it, it’s time to restock. First, this push up bra from Natori gives you a supportive, well made option for a bolder approach when you want it. And, it’s essential that I include something from local favorite TomboyX. This incredible Seattle brand was started by two very cool LGBTQ women and has been a force for good since the beginning. I partnered with them for the first time years ago when they were just starting out. They also generously offered an internship to youth who had experienced homelessness, donated supplies and much more. So, here’s your piece for the Pride Parade:)

This is one of my favorite combos. Lunya makes really lovely pieces and this is another stellar combo for layering underneath a robe or cardigan and then wearing to bed.

Cosabella has been around since the 80’s and uses luxurious Italian fabrics with a slow fashion approach. This piece is designed specifically for a woman with a larger bust and smaller rib cage. Sound familiar?
