With a husband, two young children and a demanding career, it’s all about keeping things efficient for her without sacrificing fun or making her wardrobe feel boring. Blaire and her family are very active and her days include not just attending sporting events, but participating as well. After years of struggling to get her look to where she wanted it to be, a very stylish friend told her that she worked with a personal stylist. This news helped Blaire realize that style isn’t always inherent. We met and she was hooked.

Approach: Blaire is a big fan of bold shoes and fun pieces, especially items that are reminiscent of her time living in Africa. Simultaneously, she wants to make sure she is dressed professionally at work and while she adores color, she struggles to pair it with anything but black or white. I searched the globe for the ideal leather pieces for you- especially leather jackets. We want one that shows your shape and communicates your style. THIS is it. I’m a super fan of United Nude and I like the idea of you with at least one pair. They are really comfortable and you get a zillion compliments when wearing them. Fun Fact: the designer’s uncle is Rem Koolhaas, architect of the Seattle Public Library downtown. Both of this finish off this look swimmingly and are incredibly useful with your entire collection.

Your mom did you a solid when she got you the Veronica Beard blazer. You look amazing in it AND the dickies are incredibly useful. I vote for this denim choice to give the impression that you’ve layered a denim jacket underneath without the bulk. All her jackets are capable of attaching to a dickie, so you have a ton of flexibility here.

One more pair of United Nude shoes for you. These are comfortable and not very high. The heel is stable and again, ups your game substantially without putting much effort in. I vote we stick with silver as you have cool skin undertones.

Reiss does it again with more of a color you adore. This is the same shade as the coat up top, so pairing these pieces together has maximum impact when you are ready to make a statement. If not, tone it down by wearing one or two at a time.

You look beautiful in wide leg pants as long as they top portion shows your shape, as these will. Classy, classic and still bold, these pants are sure to be favorites for years to come.

Effortless, sophisticated and comfortable, this jersey top is ideal for the weekend. Feel free to layering a tank underneath if you want to feel more covered up. Otherwise, I vote for a strapless bra.

Three pairs of leather or vegan leather shorts is likely more than you need;) I am a super fan of all three of these and want to give you the freedom to choose. There is no wrong selection as they are all incredibly practical… really! Also, try a pair with a sweater, boots and a coat or use them in the shoulder seasons with a tee and sandals.
