Oh my goodness! This has been CRAZY fun. Thanks to our time during your Closet Edit, we have a clear direction going into your list. It’s true! You have a very casual workplace. It’s also true that we want you to look and feel great while you’re there in looks that communicate your authentic style and make sense for the office. It’s important that we opt for pieces that give a sense of your approachable, interesting and warm personality while also making sure it’s clear that you’re an accomplished person with the skills and knowledge to get the job done. First up, you don’t wear a ton of accessories but we want to finish off your looks with polished, interesting pieces that don’t overwhelm you. We’re keeping it classy with a bit of an edge and opting for jewelry that works with every outfit to simplify your life. Yes! You have handbags, so this isn’t essential. But, I couldn’t bring myself to make an entire list for you without adding this one (and the canvas tote) option in. I’m a big fan of dresses with sleeves. Functional year-round, you can skip layering if you’d like thanks to this flattering cut and the practical styling. These are a BIG favorite of one of my clients. She wore them all over Hong Kong and swears they are one of her most comfortable pairs of shoes. You will likely notice that this list is jam packed with footwear options. Buy one, buy them all, it’s really up to you. Feminine, functional, effortless, comfortable and shockingly practical, this dress has it all. Feel free to layer a sweatshirt or jacket over the top if you are cold. Surprisingly, this works for multiple occasions as well as travel.

It’s essential that we have a super cool geometric choice on this list and I finally found my favorite. This dress from Reiss is elegant, effortless and has a timeless vibe without being boring. You’ll quickly discover that it’s useful for myriad situations and most importantly, the fabric is soft and silky. It’s a great dress for travel. Layer it under any of the jackets or wear it solo.

This list is longer than usual because I feel compelled to toss in a few items for fall and winter. After all, you’d look great in them, they align with your style and they are from Marcella- the brand you asked me about. This photo does not do this vest justice. Trust me. It will highlight your slim hourglass shape and is an incredibly useful choice throughout most of the year. I’ll teach you how to style it.
